Webuild () is actively seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the development and reutilization of commercial and mixed-use building projects throughout the San Diego marketplace.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience, including a minimum of 5 years dedicated to multi-family, mixed-use, condominium, and commercial developments. Candidates should demonstrate proven expertise in developing and maintaining construction schedules, managing budgets, processing change orders and RFIs, coordinating vendor and subcontractor relationships, and overseeing construction quality and compliance inspections to ensure successful project delivery.

In this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for directing onsite construction activities from rough grading through project closeout. Responsibilities include managing one or more concurrent projects throughout San Diego, directing construction schedules, overseeing submittals, material procurement, personnel management, and enforcing quality control standards. Project values typically range from $15 million to $50 million.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience). Must have a demonstrated proficiency in construction management, scheduling, and project documentation, as well as, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
