Are you ready to take your leadership skills to the next level in a fast-paced, high-impact environment? HD Supply is looking for a results-driven Transportation Manager to lead and develop a team of delivery drivers (FLEET) at our BOSTON Distribution Center. In this critical role, you'll oversee operations, ensure compliance, and drive performance that directly impacts our customers and our business.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of delivery drivers.
  • Drive operational excellence through effective route management and fleet oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, hazmat, and safety regulations.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain fleet records.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct ride-alongs and coaching sessions to support driver success purposes.

What You Bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in transportation or fleet leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of DOT regulations and delivery operations.
  • Proven leadership and people development skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions in a dynamic environment.
