We are looking to hire a hard-working, trustworthy Senior Pool Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position that will be responsible for a pool route plus one-time services and minor repairs. We offer hourly pay, health coverage compensation PLUS incentive rewards. Competitive rates based on experience. Reimbursement for certifications!

Treat each service visit with customer satisfaction in mindPerform on-site minor repairs, filter cleanings, one-time services and recurring pool maintenanceMaintain equipment and chemical stock levels in company vehicleUpdate customer pool records, report any pool issues to managementTest water chemistry and add chemicals as neededVacuum, skim, brush pools and empty pool basketsBackwash filters, check pool equipmentOther duties as assignedJob Requirements :
Solid knowledge of chemical readings and pool water balancingExperience with a variety of pool services such as filter cleans, green-to-cleans, other one-time pool servicesCustomer service mindset : confident, professional, friendlyHard-working with a positive attitude and initiativeReliable to work according to schedule, based on mutual respect amongst the teamSome heavy lifting (could be 50lbs)Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical workValid drivers license with clean driving record (company vehicle provided)Clean background checkHigh school diploma or higherMinimum 1-year previous professional experience in pool industryPreferred Qualifications :
Diagnosis and minor repair work on pool equipment such as repairs for PVC leaks, valves, filters, sweepers, impeller clean-outs, etc.CPO and / or other industry certificationsDesire for career growth and advancement opportunities
