Observation / Sitter

Seeking compassionate and reliable Observation / Sitters to join our team. This role is essential in providing continuous observation and ensuring the safety of patients in a hospital setting.

Location : Raleigh, NC

Pay Rate : $18-19 / Hour

Experience :

Minimum 6 months of recent experience (within the last 2 years) in one of the following settings :

  • Long-Term Care (LTC)
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
  • Hospital

Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct observation of patients to ensure safety and prevent injury.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient behavior and needs.
  • Maintain a calm and supportive presence for patients.
  • Follow hospital protocols and procedures.
