Responsibilities
- Architect of Omnichannel Excellence : Lead the development of innovative cross-channel media strategies, leveraging the healthcare landscape to create a seamless and engaging brand experience.
- Guide Strategic Vision & Execution : Oversee the Engagement Planning team, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and ensuring tactical plans align with brand goals and business objectives.
- Cultivate Strategic Client Partnerships : Build and nurture relationships with key client contacts, becoming a trusted strategic advisor who understands needs and exceeds expectations.
- Champion Innovation & Thought Leadership : Stay ahead of the curve in the evolving media landscape, identifying and implementing innovative approaches, best practices, and technologies to maximize campaign impact.
- Empower a High-Performing Team : Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning, providing tools, resources, and support for the team to thrive.
What You'll Bring
Strategic Mastermind : 8+ years of hands-on media planning across all channels, with a proven track record in cross-channel strategies within healthcare or similarly regulated industries.Leadership & Vision : Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.Client-Centric Approach : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and provide strategic guidance.Industry Expertise : Deep understanding of pharmaceutical and patient markets, with knowledge of online and offline media channels including traditional, SEM, Programmatic, Paid Social, SEO, and emerging platforms.Passion for Healthcare : Genuine interest in healthcare and a desire to positively impact patient lives.Why CMI Media Group?
