A well-established AV-rated Defense firm with regional offices is seeking to expand their Civil Litigation Team in Sacramento, open to newly admitted attorneys to 3 years' experienced Associate Attorneys interested in building their litigation practice and going to trial. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle a variety of defense work, in a daily in-office role with flexibility. The office has full staff support, with a very collegial work culture, offering training and mentoring from SuperLawyers that are the best in this field. Areas of practice include :  General Liability Defense, Casualty Insurance, Catastrophic Liability Defense, Commercial Auto, Tank and Trucking Litigation, Construction Defect, Homeowners.

Duties and responsibilities :

• Strong written and verbal communication; drafting motions, pleadings, briefings
• Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motions, attend depositions
• Courtroom experience a plus
