EV Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an EV Operations Coordinator to provide routing direction safely transport our EV fleet to and from client location and the EV charging depot.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direction, guidance, and information to support vehicle operations
• Ensure timely and accurate updates in all relevant systems
• Monitor driver and vehicle activity during operational hours
• Track the charging status of electric vehicles (EVs) and ensure readiness
• Coordinate with the operations team to optimize charger use and scheduling
• Communicate with client, drivers, managers, and other suppliers regarding changes to regular activities
• Report vehicular deficiencies, accidents, and incidents as required
• Monitor traffic to avoid and / or reduce exposure to heavily congested areas
• All other job duties as assigned
