What You’ll Do

Lead and manage tax preparation while serving as a key member of the firm.

• Maintain strong relationships with an established client base.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to junior tax specialists.

Prepare complex individual, business, and other entity tax returns for review.

Stay current with evolving tax laws.

Collaborate closely with leadership and peers to ensure client needs are met with the highest level of service.

What We’re Looking For

Strong tax knowledge and hands-on experience (CPA license not required).

Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and support junior team members.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across the firm.
