Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school settings to provide part-time support in Phoenix, AZ. This contract position requires availability three days per week to help students improve their functional abilities and enhance their educational experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver occupational therapy evaluation, treatment, and consultation services tailored to students needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document therapy progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to support student participation
