The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will oversee the production and manufacturing processes of the assigned product line. This role requires extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of manufacturing operations, ensuring all products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

- Occasional shift rotation, off-shift support (2nd or 3rd shift), extended hours, and weekend support may be required.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Develop and implement manufacturing plans, procedures, and policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations.Employ Design for Excellence (DfX) principles, with a focus on Design for Manufacturability, to enhance process efficiency and product quality.Collaborate with product design teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability of products.Manage projects aimed at process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.Introduce new technologies and methodologies to improve manufacturing efficiency.Train, mentor, and guide early career manufacturing engineers and production staff.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related fields.10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on the aerospace industry.Proven leadership in managing complex projects throughout the product lifecycle.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material properties, and quality systems.Familiarity with CAD software, MES, and ERP systems.Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Demonstrated experience working in cleanroom environments.Proven experience in designing, building, and commissioning tooling and fixtures for manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining positive and professional relationships; earns trust and fosters a culture of inclusion and teamwork across a large geographic distances.Must be a U.S. Citizen, National, U.S. Permanent Resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee, or granted asylum.Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field.Proficiency in utilizing automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.Possess Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.Demonstrated experience working in regulatory environments, with a focus on AS9100 standards compliance.Equal Employment Opportunity
