About the Role :

Were seeking an experienced Fulfillment Supervisor to lead our order fulfillment operations in our distribution center. This role ensures that every customer order is picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Youll manage a team of fulfillment associates, streamline workflow processes, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership

• Supervise, train, and motivate fulfillment associates and Pick Pack Lead.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance to meet operational goals.

Order Processing

• Oversee the complete fulfillment process from order receipt to shipment.
• Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, labeled, and dispatched according to company standards.

Inventory Management

• Collaborate with inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Assist in cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Quality Control & Process Improvement

• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure orders meet standards.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies.

Communication & Reporting

• Generate reports on order status and team performance.
• Coordinate with customer service, shipping / receiving, and other departments to resolve order issues.
• Maintain clear documentation of procedures and operational changes.
