Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assess clients' financial positions
Enroll qualified clients into an express loan consolidation program
Document client discussions using Salesforce CRM software
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
2 years of frontline experience in sales, financial services, or loan processing
Experience in a contact center preferred
Computer competency and ability to work with multiple systems
