Job Description

The role requires satisfying members' financial needs by accurately processing monetary transactions, balancing and closing the MSR line daily, providing excellent customer service, and selling Allegacy's products and services tailored to members' needs. Daily face-to-face contact with members is essential.
Specific Accountabilities
- Deliver exceptional member service, ensuring high-quality interactions aligned with our Brand Culture.
- Meet or exceed service goals.
- Understand expectations thoroughly and consistently demonstrate Allegacy behaviors : Care, Serve, Collaborate, and Grow.
- Build and maintain good customer relations by accurately handling account entries and presenting a friendly, courteous image.
- Process transactions, assist with account issues, and suggest additional services.
- Maintain security of cash, negotiable instruments, and confidential documents.
- Perform vault responsibilities.
- Concentrate 25% of efforts on sales activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Two years of teller experience.One year of Fiserv DNA teller system experience.Ability to manage vault and multiple CDM responsibilities.Leadership and supervisory skills.Strong organization and planning skills.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle conflict professionally and diffuse anger effectively.Ability to train others.Additional Details
