Dermatology Field Representative- Houston

Location : Houston, TX

Reports To : VP of Dermatology

Compensation : $65,000-$85,000 / Annual Bonus : Performance based

Type : Full-Time

We're looking for a driven, passionate, and relationship-focused Dermatology Sales Representative to join our growing field team. In this role, you will be responsible for building Bubble's presence and credibility within the dermatology community, fostering relationships, educating healthcare professionals, and driving patient referrals through deep trust and authentic engagement.

You will bring science and storytelling together, translating Bubble's clinical innovation and inclusive mission into meaningful connections that inspire dermatologists and their teams to champion our products.

Experienced in field sales, preferably within dermatology, aesthetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical environments. Skilled in medical detailing, product education, and professional relationship management. A confident, empathetic communicator with the ability to connect authentically with healthcare professionals. Highly organized and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals. Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal partners. Willing to travel regularly within the assigned territory and attend key conferences or sales meetings.
