Sr. Systems Support Engineer Location : Mooresville, IN Experience Required : 8–10 Years Position Overview : We are looking for a seasoned Senior System Support Engineer with 8–10 years of experience to deliver robust onsite IT support at our large-scale warehouse facility in Moreno Valley, CA. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operation of user devices, warehouse systems, and IT infrastructure in a 7-day operational environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership in coordination, and an ability to resolve complex issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive onsite IT support in a high-demand warehouse environment.
- Execute IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) services and address advanced hardware / software issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets, RF devices, Kronos timeclocks, mobile workstations, BenQ displays, and Wi-Fi RF lockers.
- Support and manage VOIP phones, Cisco switches, Meraki access points, and HP / Zebra printers.
- Deliver depot services, including device imaging, configuration, shipment, and asset handoff.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes in close coordination with HR, IT, and Security teams.
- Provision and manage user accounts across platforms including Active Directory, Pyramid, HighJump, CLS, Caja Robotics, Exotec, Miniload, Oracle EBS, Smart BOL, and Koerber One Vice Pick.
- Perform monthly patching activities and apply Windows updates across supported endpoints.
- Collaborate with remote support teams and escalate incidents using ServiceNow while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Deliver remote troubleshooting through Teams, ProxyPro, and phone-based support channels.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and update documentation including SOPs and asset lifecycle records.
- Provide hands-on support for network-related tasks such as firewall maintenance, switch installation, and structured cabling. Mandatory : Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 8–10 years of proven experience in onsite IT support, systems engineering, or enterprise IT operations.
- Advanced proficiency with tools such as ServiceNow, Ivanti MobileIron, ProxyPro, and Microsoft Entra.
- Strong experience in supporting a wide range of hardware and peripherals including RF scanners, printers, and timekeeping systems.
- Working knowledge of enterprise warehouse tools and account provisioning platforms.
- Competence in network fundamentals including Cisco / Meraki configuration, VoIP telephony, and cabling.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills with a proactive service mindset.
- ITIL Foundation certification or CompTIA A+ preferred.
- Must adhere to organizational compliance standards including SOX controls and data security policies.
