Job Description : This 8 month full-time position will work November 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The licensed staff therapist is responsible for providing comprehensive direct and indirect clinical services to Arcadia University's undergraduate and graduate student population. Services include : individual, group, AOD assessments, crisis counseling, consulation, referral assistance, and outreach programming. The licensed staff therapist position requires a demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse population of clients presenting with a broad range of clinical needs, with expertise and experience providing services to individuals from historically marginalized backgrounds. This candidate will also demonstrate sensitivity and knowledge about diversity, equity, and inclusion and embrace opportunities for continued growth in cultural competence.
