Lead Software Developer

A company is looking for a Lead Developer-Software Development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable data pipelines and microservices using Python and AWS services

Architect and optimize solutions leveraging Gen AI platforms and conduct prompt engineering

Mentor junior developers and drive Agile development practices, including CI / CD pipeline establishment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience

8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Strong proficiency in Python and microservices architecture

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with AWS services

Minimum 2 years of experience with Gen AI platforms such as Amazon Bedrock
