job_description.job_card.job_descriptionEducation & Licensing : J.D. from an accredited law school and active Texas Bar license (in good standing) Experience : 3-5 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience, including case evaluation, client management, and negotiations Leadership : Proven ability to mentor Associate Attorneys and lead case strategies Client-Centered Approach : Ability to maintain effective client communication and deliver high-quality legal representation Supervise Associate Attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on case work from intake to resolution Partner with the Director of Pre-Litigation to guide case strategy, compliance, and department goals Participate in case review meetings and help drive performance across the team Oversee investigations, medical management, and demand preparation Provide negotiation support and handle select settlement offers Conduct client consultations (PNC interviews / sign-ups) and ensure quality client communication Collaborate with the Director of Litigation for case vetting and litigation transfers Support compliance with statutes of limitations and internal legal standards Contribute to cross-departmental processes and reinforce firm core values
Job Summary
