Senior Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Systems Analysts to design and implement technical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Manage system change requests and reporting enhancements from end users.
• Develop and maintain technical standards, documentation, and SDLC practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with users, technical teams, and vendors.
• Test and validate code changes to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Provide application support across various business functions including procurement, scheduling, production, inventory, and sales.
• Lead code reviews and mentor team members on best practices.
• Architect and design complex systems, integrations, and performance / security solutions.
• Partner with external vendors to deliver integrated or custom solutions.
• Drive all phases of the software lifecycle : requirements, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Deliver user training and support with urgency and accountability.
