Essential Functions :

• Perform applicable operations as noted on job traveler / work instructions using machinery / equipment that the Team Member has been trained and validated to operate.
• Obtain first piece approval prior to production.
• Inspect products per part drawings and proof plans using calibrated measuring equipment as defined in the product’s proof plan.
• Maintain accurate counts throughout all operations.
• Properly identify / record work and test / inspection status of work in process.
• Record SPC data as required.
• Accurately enter job specific information into Sturges integrated computer system.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.
• All Team Members of Sturges shall know and understand all safety, human resource, and quality policies, including the procedures, work instructions applicable to their position, and how their goals relate to the success of the company.
