Remote Mystery Shopper : Home Equity Loan Inquiry (Web-Based)

Intouch Insight is seeking individuals to complete a web-based mystery shopping assignment involving up to seven different lender websites. This is an inquiry-only task you will not apply for any loans , and your credit will not be impacted, as lenders will perform a soft credit inquiry.

Assignment Details :

• This is a one-time assignment focused on evaluating the home equity pre-qualification process across a circuit of different lenders.
• Visit and evaluate up to 7 lender websites.
• You will be provided with a specific scenario (income, education, and loan amount to use for the inquiries.
• All pre-qualification inquiries must be completed on the same calendar day .
• Record and report the rates or offers received from each lender.
• You must be a homeowner whose name appears on the title of the home.
• You must have an actual FICO score that falls within the required range for the assignment on the day you complete the shops.
