About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-looking Technical Program Manager to join our Payments Network department. This role will directly support the Partner Platform Services and Vendor Platform Services teams, reporting to Aditya Mehra. You will play a critical role in driving technical product delivery, managing RAID logs, and ensuring alignment across multiple roadmaps. Responsibilities

  • Lead and own delivery across Discover and Vendor teams, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage program RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and provide clear visibility to leadership.
  • Maintain roadmaps, track progress, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance, technical security, and proper governance across all initiatives.
  • Drive clear communication across cross-functional teams, providing weekly status reporting and updates.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to reduce ambiguity, define ownership, and push work forward.
  • Support decision-making by bringing data-driven insights and structured problem-solving.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 6+ years of experience in Program Management, with a strong track record in technical product delivery.
  • Previous hands-on technical background (e.g., software development or engineering) preferred.
  • Proven success working in Agile / Scrum environments; Scrum certification is a plus.
  • Strong skills in RAID management, roadmap planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Financial services, banking, or payments experience highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Comfortable working in “gray” areas, with the ability to establish ownership and structure.
