Henry Ford Health, one of the nation’s leading academic and integrated health systems, is seeking a Director of Corporate Reimbursement (also known as Director of Net Revenue) to lead a high-impact function that ensures the accuracy, compliance, and sustainability of the system’s financial performance.
Reporting to the Vice President of Contracting, Reimbursement & Revenue Integrity, this leader will oversee net revenue reporting and reimbursement strategy across hospitals and post-acute facilities. The role offers high visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to guide the system through modernization efforts while strengthening financial decision-making.

- You’ll leverage Kodiak RCA (or similar net revenue valuation tools) to produce timely, reliable reporting.
- You’ll help shape how Henry Ford Health responds to changing reimbursement regulations from Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross, and other payers.
- You’ll be at the table for strategic initiatives like ERP implementation, bank account conversion, and other modernization projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly net revenue calculations, forecasts, and variance analyses.Direct preparation of third-party cost reports, settlements, and other regulatory filings.Oversee audits, appeals, and regulatory compliance related to reimbursement.Provide insights and consultation to executives and operational leaders on financial and reimbursement impacts.Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing reimbursement team.What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).10+ years of progressive healthcare reimbursement experience.Deep knowledge of net revenue reporting and third-party reimbursement mechanisms.Experience with Kodiak RCA preferred; experience with other net revenue tools (e.g., nThrive, Strata, McKesson, Epic, etc.) strongly considered.Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and proven success working across complex health systems.This is far more than a compliance role—it’s a chance to shape how one of the nation’s premier health systems manages net revenue and positions itself for future growth.
