job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDesign and architect Salesforce-based technical solutions tailored to client requirements Write and review high-quality configuration and design documents for developers Translate business use cases into technical designs that meet client needs Identify and propose the best solutions that align with project requirements Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) to validate suggested designs and technologies Minimum of 11 years of total experience in technical solutions architecture and delivery Strong experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Vlocity platform, and various Salesforce clouds Proficiency in Salesforce capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Strong understanding of data modeling, integration, and ETL processes within Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect Experience in mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment Ability to communicate effectively with clients during requirement gathering Familiarity with best practices in extensibility, scalability, and security in design Experience in conducting thorough root cause analysis for project issues Knowledge of various technologies and frameworks to enhance solutions
