As the nation’s largest and fastest-growing heat pump installer, we’re opening multiple locations across the Southeast—and we’re seeking a Field Account Manager to champion sales for our new Greenville market.

Your impact

As the face of Rycor in Greenville, you’ll guide homeowners through smarter heating and cooling decisions. You’ll pair listening skills with technical know-how—measuring spaces, running BTU load calculations, designing equipment layouts—and then turn tailored proposals into closed deals. Your work ensures seamless handoffs to our operations team and delighted customers who love their new systems.

How you’ll contribute

• Host engaging, consultative presentations and on-site product demonstrations.
• Conduct in-home or on-premise appointments; capture measurements and photos to inform design.
• Diagnose comfort needs and recommend right-sized heat pump solutions.
• Negotiate agreements and consistently meet revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth installation and top-tier service.
• Analyze local trends and competitor offerings to unlock growth.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports.
• Represent Rycor at trade shows and local events.
