Restaurant Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan. Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to drive sales and profitability.

Our General Managers are the backbone of our organization, responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment that fosters growth and development among team members.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams. They will also possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to train and develop staff.

In return for their hard work and dedication, our General Managers receive a competitive compensation package, including base pay starting at $46K to $56K per year, monthly bonuses, and additional incentives.

Responsibilities : Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements.

Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are prepared and executed correctly and consistently.

Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.

Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members.

Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and guest satisfaction.
