Key Responsibilities
Manage customer escalations and complaints to professional standards
Ensure all service levels are met through inbound and outbound customer contacts
Analyze systematic issues and recommend solutions to improve processes and products
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
Demonstrated negotiation and conflict management skills
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Previous corporate escalations or higher tier experience preferred
