Python Developer Jobs in Apex, NC at Technovera

Job Title : Python Developer (3+ Years Experience)

Location : Apex, NC or Remote is also fine initially

Employment Type : Full-time | Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable applications, APIs, and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Python frameworks, databases, and cloud environments, with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Python applications and RESTful APIs.
  • Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI to build robust backend services.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to integrate applications.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security best practices.
  • Work with relational and non-relational databases ( MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. ).
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, code reviews, and stand-ups.
  • Implement CI / CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps best practices.
  • Write unit tests and perform debugging to maintain high-quality code.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Python development.
  • Strong experience with Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.).
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and web application development .
  • Proficiency with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and writing optimized queries.
  • Hands-on experience with Git / GitHub, CI / CD tools, and Linux / Unix environments .
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes is an advantage.

    • Nice to Have

  • Exposure to front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js) .
  • Knowledge of machine learning libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.) .

    • Education

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
