Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer for a 12-month remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Identify areas for improvement within training processes and make recommendations

Manage work under the direction of a project lead, focusing on design and development

Design, create, and develop training from inception to execution for client services-based departments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

In-depth knowledge of instructional design skills and adult learning theories

Portfolio or samples of past work

Knowledge of the ADDIE model

Experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office 365 Suite
