Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate the payment experience for residents with outstanding balances

Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accuracy of resident balances and timely adjustments

Prepare eviction files and manage communication regarding eviction processes and schedules

Required Qualifications

High school diploma / GED; BS / BA degree preferred

Experience in customer service and ability to meet service standards

Basic accounting and math skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Strong organizational and time management skills
