Family Practice physician job in Indiana :

Part-Time Family Medicine Physician (or IM / Peds) - Advanced Primary Care | Chesterton & Merrillville, IN

We have an exciting part-time (28 hours / week) opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM / Peds) to join an employer-sponsored advanced primary care clinic in Chesterton & Merrillville, Indiana .

In this unique role, you'll focus on quality, outcomes, and prevention - not volume. Join a mission-driven team that's redefining primary care by prioritizing physician autonomy, smaller patient panels, and whole-person wellness.

Compensation & Benefits :

$140,000-$192,500 base salary (for 28 hrs / week; negotiable based on experience)

$10,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications :

Board Eligible / Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine / Pediatrics

Must be comfortable seeing patients ages 6 and up

Procedure experience is a big plus!
