Job Description

  • Develop and implement welding processes to meet production and quality standards.
  • Oversee welding activities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to optimize welding techniques and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct inspections and testing to ensure weld quality and durability.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for welding-related challenges.
  • Train and mentor team members on welding standards and best practices.
  • Document and maintain welding procedures and records for compliance purposes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in welding technology.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Welding Engineer should have :

  • Strong knowledge of welding processes, techniques, and materials.
  • A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience with quality assurance and compliance standards in manufacturing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
