Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Temporary Contract

Farmington, MO 120-day assignment, potential full-time hire

About the Role :

The Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center (Adult Psychiatric Program) is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide temporary support in patient care. CNAs will assist with daily living activities, behavioral health interventions, and ensure accurate documentation.

Schedule Options :

  • Fri / Sat / Sun – 12-hour shifts (day / night)
  • Responsibilities :
  • Assist patients with personal care and daily living needs
  • Support behavioral health interventions, including applying restraints
  • Perform hourly rounding and complete flow sheets
  • Maintain patient safety and adhere to facility protocols
  • Requirements :
  • Active Missouri CNA certification (required)
  • Ability to work in a secure psychiatric environment
  • Completion of background check and onboarding
  • Location : Farmington, MO
  • Start Date : ~October 15, 2025
  • Duration : 120 days (with potential conversion to full-time)
