    • What Youll Do

  • Conduct intakes and functional assessments within our clinic
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy sessions and parent / caregiver training
  • Supervise and support RBTs (scope adjusted for BCaBA vs. BCBA)
  • Monitor progress through data review and plan updates
  • Maintain compliance with BACB and clinic standards
  • Collaborate with families, staff, and school / community partners

    • What Were Looking For

  • BCBA : Masters degree + active BACB certification
  • BCaBA : Bachelors degree + active BACB certification
  • CPR / BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Reliable transportation
