Pikus offers custom 3DCP design + build sitework and furnishings for landscapes and interiors throughout North America. We support architects and developers with custom solutions offering an array of project capabilities, from design to installation.
The Pikus Project Manager oversees all live projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are executed according to contract documents, on schedule, safely and within scope and budget. The role is both administrative and technical, requiring broad command of construction sequencing, cost control, client relations, and risk management. This role is responsible for team coordination resulting in project performance and client satisfaction across multiple concurrent projects.
Job Responsibilities :
► Leads overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from fabrication through installation.
► Ensures scope clarity and alignment with contract terms.
► Ensures quality control documentation and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
► Oversees subcontractor prequalification, bids and Pikus Certified Installer program
► Manages submittal and RFI processes, ensuring timely review, response, and documentation.
► Maintains project budgets and forecast, identifies and mitigates cost or schedule risks and proactively resolves issues to ensure successful outcomes.
► Serves as primary POC for clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. Ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
► Oversees procurement schedules and ensures delivery of long-lead materials in coordination with production and logistics.
► Monitors field progress, enforces safety standards and ensures compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
► Leads project closeout activities including punch lists, warranty documentation, and client handover.
Necessary Experience & Skills :
► 3-5 years of progressive project management experience in construction, fabrication, or specialty trades.
► Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and scheduling.
► Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
► Proficiency in project management software
► Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines, product documents, and shop drawings
► Strong written and verbal communication skills
► Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
► Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem- solving skills
► Equivalent Experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
Organizational Alignment :
► Reports to the President
► Collaborates closely with design, production, and logistics leadership, representing Pikus in all client and subcontractor communications.
Pay & Benefits :
Pikus Level 2 Compensation & Benefits : ($80,000-$100,000) Based upon experience and education
