Electrical Engineer (23 Years Experience)
We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer with 23 years of experience in electrical design to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with electrical system layouts for commercial or industrial projects and is proficient in Revit and / or AutoCAD. Familiarity with SKM or ETAP software for SCCAF studies is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and model electrical distribution systems in 2D and 3D using Revit and AutoCAD
- Prepare electrical layouts, schematics, and construction documents in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Assist in performing Short Circuit, Coordination, and Arc Flash (SCCAF) studies using SKM or ETAP
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to deliver high-quality design packages on schedule
- Support project documentation, reporting, and drawing set production for client submittals
- Contribute to design automation efforts (Excel macros, Dynamo, or similar) to improve efficiency
