Your Career

As a Senior Manager of Product Design, you’ll lead a talented team in envisioning and delivering user experiences across our security platforms. You will drive the Product Design strategy and execution for key products, coaching your team to think holistically, act boldly, and design with clarity and precision.

You are not only a skilled practitioner of user-centered design, but also a builder of high-performing teams and a trusted partner to Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders. You lead through vision, mentorship, and example—fostering an environment of creativity, accountability, and continual learning.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales / commissioned roles) is expected to be between $ - $ / YR.
