As Payroll Coordinator you will be responsible for contributing to the completion of the weekly and bi-weekly payroll processes including validating the accuracy of earnings, deductions, tax withholdings and garnishments for large volume payrolls and multiple legal entities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Assist with the daily payroll operations for a complex, rapidly growing organization of over 10,000 employees.
• Answer employee questions concerning payroll related manners (i.e. paychecks and W-2s).
• Assist with keeping tax records up to date and accurate.
• Assist with tax research when needed.
• Stay up to date with U.S. payroll regulations, payroll tax laws, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations and timely payroll tax setup and filings

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is : $59,500$70,000 USD.
