As a Security Professional Dispatch Education in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education and more. As a Dispatch professional with Allied Universal at an educational location, you will play a crucial role in supporting security-related operations by coordinating communications and responding promptly to incidents. Your responsibilities will include monitoring incoming calls and alarms, dispatching security personnel as needed, and maintaining detailed records of all activities. You will be the central point of contact, helping to foster a secure and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. This position emphasizes the importance of teamwork, communication, and customer service, reflecting Allied Universal's commitment to putting people first. Thur 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Fri 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sat 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sun 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
