Appleton Finn is collaborating with a top-tier General Contractor, looking for an experienced Scheduler in the LA area.

What You’ll Do :

  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Develop, manage, and update project schedules across all phases.
  • Conduct site walks to verify progress and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Support project controls, cost forecasts, and production analysis.
  • Facilitate planning sessions and communicate schedule updates clearly.
  • Identify and report delays, impacts, and variances.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 5+ years construction industry experience, with at least 4 in planning / scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and sequencing.
  • Skilled in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office; 3D / 4D tools a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and confident in fast-paced environments.

    • Compensation : $130,000 – $170,000 per annum, based on experience.
