DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring a Collector to actively support our collections efforts in Olathe, KS. The individual should have strong attributes as it relates to attention to detail, a high level of customer service experience, good time management skills, a sense of urgency, excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you have collections, credit, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or billing experience and love interaction with customers please apply!

Job Responsibilities :

• Effectively manage collection accounts assigned by making timely collection of all accounts while maintaining good customer relations and a positive attitude
• Contact customers regarding past due or upcoming accounts due, by making telephone calls or sending written communication assuring a commitment for payment of outstanding invoices
• Stay engaged to establish professional rapport during the collections process to ensure ease of future dialog with the same customers
• Other responsibilities as assigned
