Role and Responsibilities :

As a Part-Time Substitute Teacher, you will :

• Report to work on time.
• Provide essential classroom support to students.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to implement effective teaching strategies and accommodations.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active engagement and student confidence.

Qualifications :

Kansas or Missouri Teaching Licensure : Professional, Substitute, or Emergency (Not a certified substitute? We can help you achieve your certification)

A genuine passion for working with students with special needs and a strong commitment to their growth and development.

Previous experience in special education or related fields are preferred, but not mandatory.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Flexibility and adaptability to varying classroom situations.

Compensation :

$25 an Hour
