Key Responsibilities

Drive accountability and ownership of application security concerns company-wide

Directly manage and mentor a small group of software security engineers

Identify, scope, prioritize, and execute high-impact security work while mentoring team members

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in senior security roles within engineering or software development

Hands-on experience securing web applications and providing security feedback on design documentation

Experience in contributing to company-level security strategy and managing security programs

Desire to manage and mentor a small group of security engineers

Experience executing on a range of security initiatives across infrastructure and application security
