We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and outgoing Event Marketing Associate to join our growing team! In this hands-on role, you’ll support live events, community outreach initiatives, and promotional campaigns, helping our organization make a real impact in the community.

No prior experience is required—just bring a great attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with planning, setup, and execution of live events, community campaigns, and promotional activities

Coordinate event logistics including supplies, signage, and on-site materials

Greet and engage attendees in a friendly, professional manner

Support event team members to ensure smooth operations

Distribute informational materials and answer questions about the organization or campaign

Assist with event takedown and post-event cleanup

Track attendance, engagement, and feedback for future improvements

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable interacting with the public

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Reliable, punctual, and professional

High school diploma or equivalent required
