Team Member

Summary : Oversee teammates and professionally custom clean homes using Merry Maids' unique cleaning procedures and products. Overall objectives are to leave the home looking and smelling freshly cleaned and groomed.

Essential Functions :

• Have a full understanding and be in compliance with Merry Maids' cleaning techniques, products and training procedures.
• Check the kit in the morning to ensure necessary equipment is there.
• Check and refill the kit and perform required equipment maintenance at the end of the work day.
• Check with the teammate to make sure all assigned rooms are cleaned properly.
• Follow procedures to report breakage in the customer's home.
• Assume responsibility for the customer's house key and security of their property.
• Ensure that the bottom of the service report is completed, signed, and turned in at the end of the work day.
• Provide communications link between customers and the office.
