Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year, serving a high school caseload in a community located approximately 30 minutes west of Minneapolis, MN.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications :

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) required.
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP.
  • Experience working with high school students preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Candidates currently completing Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) may be considered.
  • Location : This position is located in a high school setting near Andover, MN, with services provided in a district about 30 minutes west of Minneapolis.

    Contract Details :

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Contract duration from September 2, 2025, through June 4, 2026.
  • Academic calendar-based schedule.
