As a(an) Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Inpatient Rehab you can be a part of change. Full Time Nights, 36 hours per week, 7p-7a, rotating weekends and holidays.

Information about our Inpatient Physical Rehab Unit :

• Interdisciplinary collaboration with family, Occupational therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Case Management, and Physicians
• 35-Bed Inpatient Physical Rehab Unit
• Nurse to patient ratios based on acuity
• Gain experience with Neurological Diagnosis such as Stroke, Parkinson's Disease, Spinal Disorders, and others
• Conducts Daily Interdisciplinary Rounds
• LGMC Shared Governance councils
• Supportive environment focused on fostering educational opportunities and specialty certification (i.e. Certified Rehab Registered Nurse)

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers high quality, patient-centered care by performing a variety of delegated basic patient care services. In collaboration with the RN and other members of the care team, the LPN provides individualized, comprehensive care consistent with the scope and standards of the specialty.
