Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara is seeking candidates to join our dynamic Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Assistant Manager. The Housekeeping Assistant Manager leads the Housekeeping staff to ensure our villas and public areas are cleaned to Four Seasons standards.

What you will do :

Train housekeeping employees to achieve the high level of Four Seasons standards of cleanliness in owner / guest villas.

Conduct performance evaluations for all hourly Housekeeping staff.

Make recommendations and follow through on disciplinary action for assigned staff.

Monitor the performance of floor housepersons to ensure there are sufficient supplies on the guest floors and the hallways are maintained according to standards.

Participate in the inventories of guest supplies, linen and cleaning supplies.

Be familiar and understand all Residence Club and departmental policies, procedures and standards established by the Director of Housekeeping and the Four Seasons Hotels.

Participate in the annual housekeeping and expenses labor budget preparation.

Coordinate engineering work orders for assigned areas and follow-up inspections.

Coordinate cleaning schedules for housekeeping staff of deep cleaning items.

Participate in the daily scheduling of villa attendant assignments.

Assist in conducting monthly staff meetings.

Monitor cost control programs for housekeeping labor and supplies.

Complete daily housekeeping labor standards to monitor labor controls.

Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Residence Club management and staff.

What you bring :

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills and are able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation.

The candidate must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Previous Housekeeping leadership experience preferred.

What we offer :

Salary Range : $70,000.00-73,000.00
