This position reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and is part of the Hardware Manufacturing Engineering Team located in
Chaska, MN, and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to :
Administer and maintain critical engineering documentation, including DHF (Design History File) and DMR (Device Master Record) elements.
Apply advanced analytical skills or problem-solving to perform daily tasks, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as necessary.
Execute and document equipment qualification (IQ / OQ / PQ) protocols for manufacturing and lab equipment, ensuring operational readiness.
The essential requirements of the job include :
Associate’s degree and 3+ years of experience.
Experience and skill in using various test equipment, meters, and small hand tools to investigate mechanical non-conformances issues
Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in :
Hands-on experience working with complex systems that have a variety of interdependent technologies (motion control, temperature control, imaging, lasers, fluid handling, analog signal processing, software controlled, etc.)

The hourly range for this role is $32 - $37. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
