Perform data entry for new and refill prescriptions. Process refill requests and assist with billing issues. Resolve third-party rejections by gathering and correcting information. Provide friendly customer service and assist pharmacists as needed. Pharmacy Technician Support Specialists perform other assigned duties. The Pharmacy Technician - Pharmacy Support Specialist must have a valid Pharmacy Technician license (CPhT) in Utah. Completion of required continuing education. Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Completion of all necessary training programs.
